Petro Process Phidar (3P) Company was established in 2017. Business model of 3P have been designed to complete the value chain of the petrochemical industry. The most important competitive advantages of the company are,

The Petro Process Phidar Co. (3P) Commitment and Policy on Quality, Health, Security, Safety, the Environment (QHSSE) applies across 3P and is designed to satisfy stakeholders & help protect people and the environment.
Our commitment and policy reflect the integrated way we work across 3P in the areas of Quality, health, security, safety, the environment. All 3P members, companies, contractors and joint ventures under our operational control must manage QHSSE in line with the commitment and policy.
Commitment
In 3P we are all committed to:

- Satisfy our stakeholders;
- Respect nature by protecting the environment, reducing waste, making a positive contribution to biodiversity, and reducing Greenhouse Gases;
- Use material and energy efficiently to provide our plants and services;
- Operate assets safely, efficiently and responsibly;
- Play a leading role in promoting best practice in petrochemical industries;
- Manage QHSSE matters as any other critical business activity; and
- Create a working environment which is psychologically safe and enables learning in support of this commitment. In this way we aim to achieve a performance we can be proud of, to earn the confidence of customers, shareholders and society at large, to be a good neighbor and to contribute to sustainable development.
Policy
Every 3P Member:
- Has a systematic approach designed to ensure compliance with the law and achieve continuous performance improvement;
- Sets targets for improvement and measures, appraises and reports performance;
- Requires Consultants & Contractors to manage QHSSE in line with this policy;
- Requires joint ventures under its operational control to apply this policy, and uses its influence to promote it in its other ventures;
- Engages effectively with stakeholder and impacted communities; and includes QHSSE in the appraisal of staff and rewards accordingly.
We originally published the commitment and policy in 2017 and the Board of directors updated it in 2023.
